Local School Information

• Monterey Peninsula Unified School District (MPUSD)
    MPUSD serves all military housing areas and the cities of Monterey,   Seaside, Marina, Del Rey Oaks, and Sand City.
  
  
• Pacific Grove Unified School District – serves the city of Pacific Grove.
  
  
• Carmel Unified School District – serves both Carmel and Carmel Valley.
  
  
• Salinas Union High School District – serves 7th – 12th graders in Salinas.
  
  
• Salinas Elementary School District – serves K – 6th graders in Salinas.
  
  
• Washington Union School District – serves K – 8th graders that live in the Hwy 68 area between Monterey and Salinas.
  
  
• North Monterey County Unified School District – serves the northern part of Monterey County; including Castroville, Moss Landing, and Prunedale.
