Send in your AA Degree Application and proof of service (LES) BEFORE sending transcripts/score reports. It is the student's responsibility to ensure all documents are received by the AA Degree Office; you MAY NOT be notified when we receive your documents. Those applying for more than one degree require a separate application for each language.
The AA Degree Office accepts some electronic transcripts. Transcripts must be sent directly from verified institutions using ONLY valid electronic transcript programs such as eScript-Safe or National Student Clearing House.
PLEASE NOTE: Students whose school uses the Parchment Exchange system are no longer able to send electronic transcripts because this program is not compatible with military systems and will prohibit access to your transcript. These students must have their transcripts mailed. If you are unsure what program your school uses, please ask them or request a mailed copy. If, for whatever reason, our network is not able to process any electronic transcript format from any institution or agency, it is the student's responsibility and financial obligation to ensure an official sealed paper copy is received by the AA Degree Office.
The 30 day requirement is still in effect. Transcripts received less than 30 days prior to graduation do not guarantee award of the degree at your graduation ceremony. Our email address may be found on the AA Degree application form or Degree Plan and Information documents.
Please read our important documents and FAQ above before contacting the AA Degree Office with questions.
