How can I get a copy of my transcript sent to my home address? School? College? University?
You can easily obtain a copy of your transcript by filling out a DLIFLC Form 220 for coursework and a DLIFLC Form 420 for language proficiency scores. You may mail or fax it to the Registrar's Office. Be sure to completely fill-out the form. We are unable to process requests that contain incomplete information or are unsigned.

Is there a fee?
DLIFLC does not charge for transcripts or score reports.

What is the turnaround time for transcript and DLPT score requests?
Turnaround time for your transcript and DLPT score is approximately 1-4 business days. Please allow 8-10 days for delivery of the transcript. If your DLPT was administered at a field test site, it may take longer than three months.

Can I have my transcript faxed to my school, or prospective employer?
Yes. Be sure you clearly indicate fax number on the request.

Can I have my transcript sent through overnight express mail?
Yes. You must send a prepaid envelope and make associated arrangements. The Registrar's Office cannot assume shipping costs.

Will you verify that you have received my faxed request for transcript/score report?
Yes. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days prior to calling for verification. However, it is recommended to place the call only when there is a known or suspected abnormal line transmission problem.

Can I have my transcript emailed to me?
Yes. See question 1. Be sure to specify transcript delivery method.

I submitted a transcript request to DLIFLC. My school has not received my transcript. Do I need to resubmit another transcript request?
No. However, please call us should your desired institution(s) not receive a copy of your transcript. See the contact information page for Registrar's Office email and telephone numbers.

I have received an official copy of my transcript. Was a copy sent to the school I had indicated on my request?
Yes, assuming that you provided the correct address.

I did not earn a Diploma while at DLIFLC. Can I get credits for completed DLIFLC coursework?
You may receive academic credit for completed DLIFLC coursework assuming you met academic criteria.

How do I obtain a copy of my DLAB test score?
Please contact the Testing and Evaluation Division at (831) 242-7977 or 5106. If the DLAB was taken prior to 1993, contact the Registrar's Office at (831)242-6459.

How do I get a copy of my DA 330 for FLPP pay?
Contact Testing and Evaluation Division at (831) 242-5106.

How can I attend one of the language programs at DLIFLC?
Enrollment at DLIFLC is reserved for members of the U.S. Armed Services (Active, Reserve and National Guard) and Federal Agencies. Students must be sponsored by their organization.

I attended a Mobile Training Team and/or Video Training Team instruction. How do I get a copy of Certificate of Attendance?
Call the Scheduling Office at (831) 242-7474 for a Certificate of Attendance.

I took a Field DLPT. How long does it take to process my score?
Please allow at least 3 months for DLIFLC to receive your test score. The Test Control Officer (TCO) sends the official test or answer sheets through certified mail to DLIFLC Test Division. The DLIFLC Test Division receives them 2 to 3 months later, and then there is a 2 week processing time of the answer sheets before they actually become available to the Registrar's Office.
