Transcripts and Academic Records
ranscripts of academic records may be requested for any resident foreign language program conducted
by or for the DLIFLC.
For DLIFLC to prepare a transcript, an applicant must submit a signed
Academic Transcript Request with the
applicant's name, SSN, name at the time of graduation, the language studied, the graduation date, the
class number (if possible), the instructional branch attended, the names and complete addresses of the
receiving institutions, and the number of copies. Transcripts sent directly to students will be marked
"Issued to Student" unless the student specifically requests to have them sent to their home address
inside a "sealed envelope".
To submit your transcript request via email, you must first establish a password with the Transcript
Office. The initial request with a password of the student's choosing must be submitted via U.S. Mail
or Fax. Information must include the applicant's name, SSN, name at the time of graduation, the
language studied, the graduation date, the class number (if possible), the instructional branch
attended. Transcript requests must contain the requestor's established password.
