Ruel C. Delosreyes, MSG, US ARMY

Interim Provost Sergeant Major

Master Sergeant Ruel Delosreyes (MSG) enlisted in the Army Reserves on 31 July 1990. He completed basic training at Fort Knox, Kentucky and advanced individual training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He later transferred to the Regular Army on 20 May 1996. MSG Delosreyes completed advanced individual training as an Electronic Warfare/SIGINT Interceptor at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas.

MSG Delosreyes' assignments include Charlie Co, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington D.C.; HHC, 3rd Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, NC; D Co, 313th Military Intelligence Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, NC; HSC, 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), Torii Station, Japan; HOC, 732nd Military Intelligence Battalion, Schofield Barracks, HI; 407th Military Intelligence Company, 732nd Military Intelligence Battalion, Schofield Barracks, HI; Special Operations Training Detachment (Airborne), Operations Group, Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk, LA; BDE S-2 NCOIC for HHC, 1st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division; A Co, 2-3 BSTB, 2nd BDE, 3rd ID First Sergeant; G2 ACE NCOIC, DHHB, 3rd ID and most recently as the HSC, DHHB, 3rd ID First Sergeant.

MSG Delosreyes has attended: Warrior Leader Course, Advanced Leader Course, Senior Leader Course, Joint Readiness Training Center Observer / Controller Course, Air Movement Operations Hazardous Material Course, Emergency Medical Technician Course, Basic Airborne Course, USASOC Static Line Jumpmaster Course, SERE High Risk (Level C) and the U.S. Marine Corp’s HRST Masters Course.

MSG Delosreyes' deployments include: Operation Desert Shield, Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom-Philippines, Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan, and Operation Iraqi Freedom 10-11 and New Dawn.
His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal with Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster, the Army Commendation Medal (4OLC), the Army Achievement Medal, the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, the Meritorious Unit Commendation with Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster, the Army Good Conduct Medal (4 knots), the National Defense Service Medal with two Bronze Service Stars, the Southwest Asia Service Medal with two Bronze Service Stars, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal (1 campaign star), the Iraqi Campaign Medal (1 campaign star), the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (numeral 3), the Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Ribbon (numeral 2), the Philippine Presidential Unit Citation, the Kuwait Liberation Medal (Saudi Arabia), the Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait), the Combat Action Badge, and the Master Parachutist Badge.
