Housing Information

Housing in the Monterey Bay area for faculty and staff members can be found in Monterey, Pacific Grove, Seaside, Marina, Salinas, or other nearby towns on California’s Central Coast.

Temporary Lodging

Temporary lodging is administered by the InterContinental Hotels Group – IHG Army Hotel’s (all services). For reservations, phone 1-877-711-TEAM or (831) 645-1199.

Please note that Private Bolio access point is the only gate and visitor center on the Presidio which is open 24 hours. (Map on the left is provided for reference purposes only.)

Additional short-term guest housing may be available on the Naval Postguaduate School (NPS) complex with the Navy Lodge (USN), commercial (831) 372-6133, and Herman Hall (USN), commercial (831) 656-2060.
