Applying for the AA Degree Program

Please read the AA degree application and degree plan to ensure you understand all program requirements including eligibility. Students may also obtain these forms by visiting the DLIFLC Degree Office located on campus at Bldg. 634 Room 11. Please see our FAQ page at the right side menu for more program details. To apply for your AA degree, submit your AA degree application and proof of service before sending transcripts (proof of service includes LES or Military ID card – see application for details). All documents must be received by the DLIFLC Degree Office before the student leaves federal service. Students are not notified when transcripts are received and are encouraged to email the DLIFLC AA Degree Office aadegree@dliflc.edu to check on the status of their file.

Transfer credit transcript requirements

TRANSCRIPT FORMAT: Official transcripts must be in envelopes sealed by the school or sent electronically. E-transcripts will only be accepted directly from institutes.

If the DLIFLC AA Degree Office is unable to open an electronic transcript from an institution, it will be the student’s responsibility and financial obligation to ensure an official sealed transcript is mailed.

Students must provide transcripts from the grade granting institute where you completed the coursework. Only CLEP/DSST and appropriate AP/IB scores may be transferred from third party transcripts at the discretion of the DLIFLC AA Degree Office. Transcripts from colleges/universities outside the U.S. must be evaluated by a NACES member.
